Who we are
S.A.N.E. Italia is a network of nutritionist biologists bringing food education and food safety into schools. The name sums up our four pillars: Safety, Food, Nutrition, Education.
Under the scientific direction of Dr. Serafina Cardaci, we developed the «Mangiare Bene, Crescere Meglio» programme and the «Il Piatto Sano» educational game, with a practical, playful and measurable approach. The first pilot at I.C. «Carducci–Fattori» in Rosignano Marittimo involved around 100 students.
Food Education Programme · Schools of All Levels
A structured path of 6 thematic modules, designed by a qualified Nutritionist Biologist, combining in-person sessions, interactive digital tools and active family involvement. For children and teens aged 6 to 18.
